BMW N62/N73 VANOS Solenoid O-Ring Seal Kit — FKM (Viton) Replacement Seals

Stop replacing complete VANOS solenoids just because the original seals have started leaking. Our BMW VANOS Solenoid O-Ring Replacement Kit provides the replacement seals needed to reseal two VANOS solenoids on applicable BMW N62 and N73 engines.

Over time, the original rubber O-rings surrounding the VANOS solenoids can harden, flatten, shrink, or crack after years of exposure to engine oil and extreme temperature cycles. Once these seals deteriorate, engine oil can begin leaking around the VANOS solenoid and its mounting location.

Our replacement seals are manufactured from upgraded FKM (Viton) material, providing excellent resistance to engine oil, heat, and temperature extremes. This makes them an ideal replacement when servicing or removing the VANOS solenoids.

Why Replace the VANOS Solenoid O-Rings?

Important Quantity Information

One kit services 2 VANOS solenoids.

Some engines use 4 VANOS solenoids. If you are replacing the seals on all four solenoids, order quantity 2 to receive enough seals to complete the engine.
